SO 641q crashes when I try to create a new basic library and start editing.

Steps (german UI:
Extras-Makro
Verwalten
Register Bibliotheken
Neu... (enter new library name)
Bearbeiten

After the crash a new library appears in the macro dialog, but when I try to 
edit it, SO crashes again.

This is fixed in OO.o 641D.
