What did you do to workaround? Do you mean moving the cursor from right to left
and left to right? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, my mistake..

Corrected Description of Bug:
When the cursor is moving towards the top of the screen,
the balloon appears at the bottom of the cursor where it is 100% readable

When the cursur is moving towards the bottom of the screen,
the balloon appears behind the cursor, where most of it is not readable.

Comment 4 wolframgarten 2004-04-13 14:14:33 UTC
Thanks for clarification.
The problem is that the balloon appears on the first contact of the cursor with
the button. When moving from bottom to top the cursors moves away from balloon
appearing below it and it is always readable.
When moving from top to bottom the cursor moves over the balloon below it.
Reassigned to Christian.
I change the priority to 5 because this is a rather small spot of bother.
