In the Datasource Explorer (View > Data Sources)
the toolbar has an Edit Data button that switches an
open database table from editable to read-only and back.

It would be useful to have the same button in the toolbar
at the bottom of a database form, so a user could browse 
through the data and turn on editing only to make a change.

Make the Edit Data button available in the Customize Toolbars dialog, 
so it can be put on the toolbar at the bottom of a form.
