I created an user-defined index/register (do not exactly know how this is called
in the English version) and missed the possibility to sort the entries A-Z in
the index inserted into the doc.
Thus: Including a sorting - possibility into user-defined indizes. (Or perhaps
for all index types?)

Summary: Register / Index sorting should be possible alphabetical.
As sorting of indices does not belong to the keyfeature for OO.o 2.0, this issue
is considered for OO.o later.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
