This is still true in 1.1.4 & 1.9.65. Would think that the expected behavior should be that unproctected cells on a protected sheet could be changed via find & replace, especially since they can be changed by hand. Changed component to Editing. ... and still with OOo-2.2-RC3... This works in Excel2000. This is still the case in 3.1. To allow people to make changes where necessary, I have to tell them to un-protect the sheet do the finds & replacements, then re-protect the sheet. Which is really giving people access to the sheet that they shouldn't have. *** Issue 108447 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements". |
