step:
1. start openoffice
2. click "File-New-Text Document" Create a new Writer Document.
3. Type character(two line or more) to this document.
4. click "format-paragraph-alignment". 
5. click justified , then click justified again on last line 
6. click "OK" button.
7. Click "File SaveAS"
8. type file name,choose file type(Microsoft word 97/2000/XP (.doc))
9. click "Save"
note:format justified and last line justified disable.

MS word format does not support this feature, thus it is not possible to store
"last line justification" in MS Word format.
