The line width scroll bars increment 0.02" when set to inches and 0.10 cm when 
set to cm.  However, 0.02" is about 0.05 cm so the resolution on the control is 
much finer in inches than cm.

Not the most important issue, but yes it is one.
I would recoment to increment the values for inch as follows:
0; 0,13; 0,25; 0,38; 0,5; 0,68; 0,75; 0,88; 1 etc.....

And for cm:
0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 07; 08; 0,9; 1 etc.....
