OpenOffice 1.1 crashes only when I check on the check box 'go back' while using
the spelling tool in Word Processor (OOo Writer). Note that:
1 - I use the spanish dictionary (installed manually but works fine)
2 - I use the spanish version of OOo 1.1
3 - I was editing and fixing a plain text (.txt)

SBA->el_audaz: 
(1) I doubt that this crash is dependant to the spanish lingu component. I
reassigned it to Kevin. 
(2) A crash is Prio2. -> Changed.
(3) Please verify your findings in a younger build and comment here. OOo 1.1.3
is available as well as "OOo 2.0 cand." developer builds.

OOo 1.1 was using myspell, was replaced by hunspell so this very crash can not
occur anymore. Since OOo 3.0, dicts are installed as extensions.
Based on OOo 3.1, set to "Worksforme"
