Writer file containing an AutoPilot-created database-form. Some controls are invisible. Why? none

Description bryancole 2003-11-12 12:30:20 UTC
On certain database tables, when I create a form using the Form Autopilot, the
form-controls disappear when I subsequently re-open the form from the file
(having saved it).

The Controls are still listed in the Form Navigator, and I can even select the
controls in form-edit mode. I just can't see them.

The problem only occurs with forms created by the AutoPilot. If I manually
create a database form, by dragging table column-headings into the document, the
document saves and re-opens OK.

I'll attached an example document. There should be 10 controls in this form.
When I open the file, only two are visible.
