This defect was found in Openoffice version 638 and also in Openoffice version 641. Hello Falko, a question for PM, a change of defaults might help here. Actual the default for a subtitle-object is for "Text anchor" = middle and for "fit hight to frame" = checked (contextmenu of the outlineobject Text.../tabpage Text). Should we change the text anchor from middle to top (as Power Point) or keep the outline-object-size fix via changing "fit hight to frame" to unchecked? We cannot determine what a user wants to do (even if it appears senseless to most of us) and where he wants to be guided. But one thing is for sure: More warnings and dialogues annoy users! BTW: please use appropiate priorisation! As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified. As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved <wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details. |
