using doc or sxw from 
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=10986&file=Openoffice%20Testing.sxw

when exported to html have some problem :
Tab incorrect for
1 One1
2 One2
3 One3

The indent of bullets/numberings in HTML depends of theie level.
Although optically the tabs seems to show levels, those numbering are
not on different levels but are all level 1.
The accordingly get the default indent of level 1

what user expect when save as html is not same as what they make in OOo. 
so OOo is not WYSWYG
