On my laptop which is running Windows 2000 SP4, all the toolbar icons are
corrupted in the sense that the colour values are seemingly random. Icons still
retain proper shape. I have not noticed this on any other Windows system, but
it is reproducible on my laptop (Toshiba Portege 7020CT), and I suspect it has
something to do with the graphics chipset (NeoMagic 256AV). I have not noticed
a similar issue with other applications on the machine.

this does not look like an OpenOffice problem but seems to be an issue
with your graphics driver.
Please make sure to have installed the latest graphics driver for your
card and/or contact the manufactorer of your graphics card.

We don't have any NeoMagic 256AV based systems so we cannot even
reproduce the problem.

You may want to check if the problem persists when using a different
display bit-depth.
