Currently, the "Title" case format (Each Word Capitalised) is only available in
Writer, not in Calc. It would be useful to have this option in Calc, I think.

Such a feature does not belong to the defined keyfeature areas for
OO.o 2.0. And a concept about further text attributes and text effects
(the mentioned one is only one text effect) is not yet existing for a
release after OO.o 2.0 making a statement, if such functionality will
be considered.
