When installing 1.1, All configuration from 1.0.3 is simply ignored, leading to
reentering it. WHich is a pain given the bad ergonomy of dialog boxes

OOo 1.1.0 provides an update feature. If OOo 1.0.3 is detected by 1.1.0 installation 
an update will be offered. If this older version isn't detected, no update/migration 
will be done.

So, it seems that installer did not find I had a 1.0.3 installed. Bug
seems to be there. 

Here is my .sversionrc file content :

OpenOffice.org 1.0.2=file:///home/edavid/.openoffice/1.0.1
OpenOffice.org 1.0.3=file:///home/edavid/.openoffice/1.0.1

This sversionrc can't help the installation of OOo 1.1.0. There must be three 
different versions in one destination. The problem starts with faulty 
installations of OOo 1.0.x. It looks like you have installed a newer version over the 
older version. This not the correct way to install OOo.

I've tried with OOo 1.0.3.1 and 1.1.0. Installed 1.0.3.1 and
reconfigured the bars and created a new one. Started installation of
1.1.0. 1.0.3.1 has been detected. After update all configurations of
the bars are still there.
