Hi Niklas, it seems to be yours. Frank This is caused by the way the cell sizes are rounded to whole pixels for display. We'll have to change this eventually, but it won't happen soon. Created attachment 76552 [details]
Screenshot of grid/cell misalignment
I also would like to use the grid positioned evenly over grid-shaped cells. Setting row heights & column widths to 0.250" and the grid to 0.250" still results in misalignment. I figure an extra row or column shows up for every 260 which means pixel rounding introduced ~0.4% size error. It seems the pixel rounding occurs once I click 'OK' in the row/col size dialog rather than as the pixels are displayed to the screen. How is the grid rounded to pixels for display and why are the results different? I don't care if the cells are actually 0.2501" apart - it's more about the grid and cells being aligned. Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org". |
