I found this problem with the file attached. In fact there are two problems:
A. The import process does not take into account the implied additional spaces
the BUX values should showed in the last three coloumns.
B. This is the serious one the 9079.08 and 9044.12 values are recognized as
dates! Aditionally I were unable to correct this misinterpretation.

Hi Attila,

this is neither a Bug nor an enhancement request but a support
question. These are answered at the mailinglists especially users@...

So I have to close this one as Invalid

What is the delimiter for the fields ? If set to TAB, the one
automatically selected by Calc, I get no usefull document, setting to
space and merging delimiters produces a usefull document but will cut
off some spaces.

If you want the Values to be text, just set the column in the CSV
Import dialog to text. If you like them to be numbers with decimals,
just set the columns to US-English.
