When a macro is assigned to an event it is listed in the events-list as e.g.

Open Document     Macro1(Standard.Module1)

When the event/macro is selected, the Macros treelist should expand and show the
origin of the macro. 

The advantage: It is easier to see if the macro is attached to a document or
available globally.

This dialog needs to be rewritten in OOo2.0 anyway, so I assign it to
this target.

I will volantary take this bug until it's clear who will implement the
new configuration dialogs.

according to the announcement on releases
(http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=releases&msgNo=7503) this issue
will be re-targeted to OOo Later.
