How can the spellcheck be used with Outlook Express

OE currently requires word, excel or powerpoint to be installed to provide 
spell checking. As OO is a replacement for these products, how can OO's 
functionality be enhanced to support this?

This has nothing to do with the bibliographic project.
It's not a bug report. Not a feature or enhancement.
It's a question.
It's would be more appropriate to ask this on the mailing list of the
lingucomponent project.
