Like my description in issue 19433 the problem persist always

It is always not possible, open a MS-Worddocument equal in OO-Textwriter that
has the following formatiation:

- when i have grafics at the "SeitenrÃ¤nder" in OO-Textwriter they will deletet,
when i will safe it in OO-textwriter in MS-Word they are deletet.

I Work with MS Office97 and all win98;w2k;winxp

OO Writer does not support graphical border types. Thus it is not a
big in the import; a new feature (enhancement) has to implemented into
OO Writer itself.

Issue #19631 describes the same problem.
