Description mannisto 2003-09-11 08:39:29 UTC
When a dialog window is closed it will "jump" down by the amount of title bar
heigth. This leaves two title bars visbile stacked at top of each other. The
contents of the topmost window is empty. Its size has not changed.

Time for ascii art, for example Open File dialog looks like when you close it:

+----------------------+
Open _ V X
+----------------------+
Open _ V X
+----------------------+

+----------------------+

If you are opening a large document it will stay like this for a long time.

Forgot to say that this happens with Debian Linux unstable/testing, X
4.2.1.1 and KDE 3.1.3.

It does happen with Oo 1.1.0 on both my machines. The other uses Debian provided
packages (1.1.0-2), the other is my own compilation of Oo. If you want me to try
it on some other version of Oo, please let me know.

(sorry for this long delay, the original notification mail was lost in my spam
flooded inbox.)

so i can not reproduce this here on my mashine, but i have a JDS with gnome running.

it would be nice if you could test this with an OOo1.1.1b
