Start Issuezilla
Open a spreadsheet that crashes OpenOffice (Issue 18255 refers)
Reproduce the crash recording steps in Issuezilla one by one
When the crash error report dialogue appears, bring IssueZilla 
to the top to record it (totally obscuring the dialogue box)
The system is now locked up - neither the spreadsheet nor Issuezilla respond.
(PrintScreen works and paint can be loaded and the IssueZilla information saved 
but nothing below this level works)

Work-around - Ctrl-Alt-Del and stop the error report.  Issuezilla is released 
and the spreadsheet shows the message 'An unrecoverable error etc.' then closes 
when OKed

JA: problem with the focus of CrashReporter. It has to be allways on
top of every application. Duplicate.
