If you work with more than one column in CTL. Then the left column is always the
first column. However in RTL languages (such as Hebrew) the first column should
be the right one.

Currrent:
aaa | bbb
ccc |

Should be:
bbb | aaa
    | ccc

If you choose right-to-left text direction for your page (Format/Page)
then your text starts in the right column.
If you only change the text direction of your paragraph then of course
it will not change the column.
