When you delete a row from a table, all the changes of the table are lost.

According to issues #8446 and #15091, this bug is already known: all the
recording of changes is buggy in table. I choosed to create a new issue about
specifically deleting rows, because so far what I found is about inserting.
It could spare some time to other reporters :-)
