Description quetschke 2003-09-06 18:36:53 UTC
The build of mws_srx645 stopped in stlport due to an ?error? in patch.

See <http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2003-09/msg00429.html> for details.

Workaround: Downgrade to an older patch version. Old versions can be found
on the net, or here:
<http://www.openminddev.net/files/cygwin/release/patch/>

I still had an old version around, patch 2.5.8-3 works without problems.

P.S.: I'm leaving for vacation today, so no more feedback in the
next two weeks from me.

Hi!

I haven't tested it yet, but
  <http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2003-09/msg00460.html>
says the bug is fixed.

Will test later.
Comment 3 quetschke 2003-09-19 12:24:47 UTC
I tested it, and stlport build without problems with the
new patch 2.5.8-8 version.

I set the target to OOo 1.1 and close the issue.

It is fixed when you use a recently up-to-date cygwin installation. Don't use
differenet patch programs.
