If you have a border around an area in the spreadsheet, and try to MODIFY this
border (for instance you want to keep the upper border, but delete all others)
this won't work. You have to delete ALL borders, and after that can add the
borders again. Not a terrible bug, just an annoyance.

I can't fix this problem, and so I'll assign it to the owner of the
selected subcomponent

Hi,

I can't reproduce this.

Just select the area you have borders on, open Format cells and select
Borders. On the left you will see the Line arrangement area. Just
click on the left border to deselect it. Try so with the middle and
right one, also with the one at the bottom. If they do not de-select,
click on it again.
