Importing the attached HTML table renders fine in SXW files and can be saved and
reloaded without change, but if that same SXW is exported to MsWord (any
version) the table width becomes many times the width of the page and illegible.

Also, if you insert an HTML file without first selecting the HTML type in the
Open File dialog, the file is loaded verbatim as ASCII; if you select HTML, it
becomes interpreted as markup.

The only work-around for the Word doc problem is an ugly partial fix:
1. Open a new blank text document
2. Insert/File selecting HTML format and insert the HTML file
3. SaveAs RTF format
4. Open the target document
5. Insert/File selecting RTF and insert the file from (3)
6. SaveAs msWord/XP

The result still overflows the print-column slightly and it is ugly as sin but
it works enough that the result is legible. In my situation here, this
work-around is very tedious because I have dozens of HTML pages from a UML
application and need to update the HTML then re-insert into the DOC file for my
clients -- I have been unable to find any html2rtf program that handles tables,
so the only application that can do this stage is OOo, and that process can't be
automated (or can it? I suppose there must be a way to write a macro!)

Since this form does not permit attachments, I will follow-up with an attachment
sample of XHTML generated by a transform of a UML XMI 1.2 file.
