Full sequence to recreate:
1. Used Insert/Graphic/From file
2. Moved image to top left of page (IMPORTANT!).
3. Resized image to about 50% of page text width.
4. Right clicked on image and selected Page Wrap (optimal wrap also locks up).
5. Ooo locks up - in Windows Task Manager window it shows soffice.exe CPU 
usage hitting the high 90s.

Note that stage 2 above is essential to reproduce the lock-up - positioning 
anywhere else on the page works fine - only when anchored to top of page. The 
(hopefully soon to be) attached files cause the problem when placing the 
attached image at the top left of page 7.
