I installed the 1.1 RC3 into system with 1.0.1.
The installation programm detected the old installation and upgrade.
No problem during the installation process.
After that, I tried to run Writer, but I can't : Visual C++ runtime Error 
R6025 - pure virtuel function call.
I tried to reboot, but still.
