Whenever an outline exceeds screen size, it would be great if the font sizes 
could be made smaller, so the text would still fit the screen. (MS PowerPoint 
does this.)

This issue seems to duplicate the suggestion made in issue 12563. Please mark it
as such.

This is NOT a duplicate of 12563.

That issue asks for a tool to increase or decrease size proportionally to the
bullet list level.

THIS issue asks for ALL text to be increased or decreased in size,
proportionally to the TEXT HEIGHT IN LINES.

When the text in an outline exceeds screen size, the text size should be
decreased, so the outline fits again within the screen.

If some text is removed, the text size should be again increased, up to its
original value.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
