REPRODUCTION:

1. login with locale zh_CN.EUC (GB2312)
2. start Help of localized, simplified chinese Help
3. Text displays either as squares or questionmarks

Note: problem occurs only in mentioned locale.

FPE: This is either an issue with the available fonts or with the font
list in the css files.

FPE->US: As of now I don't see any possibility of fixing this in an
Update since we don't provide language dependent PUs. If you deem this
serious enough we must find a mitigation route.

US->FPE:

1. this is an issue with the font lists in the css files
2. you can imagine the impact if Help isn't usable due to font probs. Thus I'd
plead for fixing in 680 plus 645 (it's not too late for OOo 1.1.1 yet).

If this one is fixed on the cws 'helpcontentbeta' this issue should surely be
added to the cws!
Also an english installation set probably won't be sufficient to test chinese
Help. Could you pls. also do chinese packages. Thx.
