If an image is inserted into a presentation, exporting that presentation to Flash .swf format 
will cause a crash:  
 
"An unrecoverable error has occured. 
 
All modified files have been saved and can probably be recovered at program restart." 
 
The Flash file is not created. 
 
Tested with JPG and BMP images. 
 
Occurs on both Windows XP and Linux

I can reproduce the bug in the version you mentioned. 
The bug is fixed in the latest internal version. 
The bugfix will be available in OOo1.1
