Remove most of the junk left over from building with gcc 2.95.  This includes large cleanups of the 
unxmacxp.mk platform makefile, plus removal of the STLport re-linkage stuff in the _tg_*.mk files.

the _tg_*.mk files are generated fromteh tg_*.mk files by mkunroll -
we should at least verify the two are in sync.

Sander,

The same snippets were removed from both the _tg_app.mk and tg_app.mk files, so 
they should be in sync.
