As the title states RC2 slide_show crashes for many presentations. RC1 does not! 
 
I am attaching one presentation that crashes the slide_show. The system is 
Linux RedHat 9+, 2GB memory, Pentium 4.

set to new and change the target

This is a known bug which is fixed in the meantime.
the fix will be available in the OOo1.1

I close the issue.
Please reopen the issue if the bug still occures in the OOo1.1
