In MSWord 97, when you insert a bullet or number and type in you paragraph and
then hit CR/LF at the end, it inserts a new bullet/number. OOo is the same.
However, in MSWord if I add a blank line or a number of blank lines at the end
of the paragraph and then insert the next bullet/number, MSWord will remember
the spacing and when I finish the next paragraph it will automatically insert
the same number of blank lines and the start the next paragraph. I have not been
able to get OOo to do this and I seem to have to be manually insert the blank
lines each time.

The Issue you raised is currently 'Unconfirmed' pending review, but has not been
updated within the last 3 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
