Changing Outline Numbering references (say to a custom header) is not saved with
a document.  If it is needed (as it is in several applications), it has to be
reset every time the document is loaded.

I would like to see it retained with the document coding.  This issue has
existed since SO 5.2 and in all incarnations of OOo I have used.

Problem gone in RC3.
