Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open a document or create a new one.
2) Turn on AutoSpellcheck
3) Save (or don't) and close document
4) Reopen document or open another one or make a new one.

Observed (buggy) behavior:
AutoSpellcheck is turned off.

Expected behavior:
AutoSpellcheck is still actived for the same/other/new document.

Reproducible: Always

Notes:
This is not the same problem as bug 9938. If 9938 were fixed, the default for a
new document should be whatever was set in the last document.

can not reproduce this on OOo 1.1 final

please install the latest release of OOo and come back if the error 
still occurs on your system.

this issue will be closed if i do not read any further comments until 
11-28-03
