Open a text document
Show drawing tools
Choose the animated text tool
Click and drag to create an animated text area
The animated text area shows up flushed to the left of the document, instead of where it was 
placed.

This is a writer issue since this function is only present there, not
in impress or draw. Reassigned to Stefan.

jw: could be reproduced at OOo 1.1 RC2
seems to be a wrong default setting for the anchor
you could change this setting after inserting the text animation by 
clicking once in the TA to mark it, call the context menu by 
rightclick and then call the "Position and Size" dialog: change the 
"Anchor" to "To pragraph" or "To page"
now you can move the TA to where you like
