Guido, I can reproduce this, but do you think that this is really a bug or at least 'unwanted behaviour'? Because as this works in the same way with other dialogs (just try f.e. Tools > Footnotes) I would guess it is.. I thought that it would behave the same with other dialogs. You are right in saying that it doesn´t need a term like "bug" to label it. "Unwanted behaviour" is fine with me, yet it does feel like a bug, since the Stylist activates, i.e. it is responding to my clicking on x. But it doesn´t respond as expected. If it wouldn´t respond at all, things would be different. Guido The side-effects of the modality of dialogs are a problem of the VCL library. This will most probably not change as long a the VCL is not replaced by another toolkit (which is planned for the future). I close this task as invalid. . |
