require / use libart conditionally. none

Description mmeeks 2003-07-11 14:28:54 UTC
The attached patch adds an --enable-libart configure option, which requires the
latest libart_lgpl - available at:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libart_lgpl/2.3/ - I just did a new
release with Federico's art_svp_minus implementation.

The patch is non-invasive, and I hope non controversial.

Comments much appreciated :-) - this should let Ximian, Red Hat, Debian etc.
ship OO.o with (at least some) polygon clipping enabled.

Thanks.
