First of all - I don't know if this is the right place to put this - but anyway
im doing it ;-)

In my 8-16 job, I work with business applications for
Ledger/Debtor/Vendor/Purch/Order/MPS etc.

My idea is, if OpenOffice (or is it still called StarOffice - so I will call it
OpenOffice) should have a major breakthrough on Linux - you need a Accounting
application.

The core of this application should be build into the OpenOffice, using it's
native/java language, but end-user changes should be made i Java.

This was a quick issue - but I would like responses ....

Since we do office productivity suite with a full blown API this would
be the work for a third party vendor.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
