Steps to reproduce:

1. Open text document in WRITER
2. Menue: Window/NewWindow
3. expected: window header of new window will show an index ':2' after document 
   name
   actual: no index for second window

I see this problem in 644m11_WIN98SE
Problem started for me in 1.1 Beta2
This was handled correctly in 1.0.3.1

ES->MBA: 645m10->The ":2" is neither displayed in the title bar nor in
the Window menu. It was in OOo 1.0.x

There is another bug, where the document title will be changed for: #116375#. So
we must fix it together.

I have checked it with DEV300-m28 under Debian SID AMD64. You are getting the
window "Untitled1:2" now, so I think this issue could be closed.
@rainerbielefeld: Could you test it with m28 under Windows, if it is fixed there
also, please?

Tested with 3.0.0 rc1 Mac Version on PPC Tiger
