To install the crash reporter with OOo move the installation of the following
binaries from scp_so to scp:

Windows:

crashrep.exe
crashrep.com

Unix:

crash_report.bin
crash_report.res

Note: Installation of dbghelp.dll has to reside in scp_so as this will not be
installed with OOo.

i15270, i15271 and i15272 are identical. Therefore this one goes back
to you.
