Hi Noel, I'm taking a look at your user account. What kind of an error did you receive? Thanks, Kristen Noel, It would also be great to know which bug(s) you were trying to reassign. Thanks, Kristen Hi kristen, The error I get "Only the owner or submitter of the issue, or a sufficiently empowered user, may make that change to the issue_status field. Old value: UNCONFIRMED New value: NEW Please press Back and try again." I generated this on Issue#: 14755 but in fact I get it on any issue that I try. Hi Noel, I checked your Issue tracking user account and you currently do not have "can confirm" permissions which is required to get that issue out of the unconfirmed state. I don't have the authority to provide premissions to individal users but will reassign the issue to st who should be able to help. Thanks, Kristen Hi Noel, usually the qa project takes care of IZ permissions. You should now be able to handle issues. Feel free to reopen if this doesn't work. Greetings, Stefan fixed close issue. |
