Hi, 
This document (attached) come from Word, when we open it under OOo text and
graphics are not well positionned in the header.
I join the OOo file and a sreen-shot from the doc under word.

HI->MRU: Seen on your machine, there is someting wrong with Word. 
Word-XP load the doc also incorrect.

The z-order of the objects is also shown wrong when opening the file
in Word2000 or WordXP. So there's nothing to fix for us.

MRU->AMA: The import won't look better after import if the following
compatibiity mode will not be implemented:
In Header/Footers graphics in MS Word are always wrapped though they
have the wrapping set to "Top and Bottom" (which matches Writer's "no
wrap".

For me looks like a duplicate of 13832, doesn't it? If you agree we

Yes, this here describes exactly the same as issue #13832. Thus I
