Hello 

I  opened and    modified  the  following   sxw file    with  embedded
graphics. When saving  it as RTF  format, the graphics was only linked
the graphic file written as a jpg file in  the same directory. This is
VERY inconvenient for files with a lot of graphics.

There also seems no automatic way back, that is to transform linked
graphics into embedded ones.

This appears to be the same as issue 16297.  I'll mark it as a duplicate.
