Description ingenstans 2003-04-21 08:40:03 UTC 
when using the "cusomise toolbar" dialogue, the "insert section" entry appears 
twice, once with an icon, and once without.
Steps to reproduce:

select "Customise" from the Writer menu; choose "insert", scroll down to 
"section". I shall add a screenshot.
