Page stype / Sheet / Scale fit to page is currently rather limited.

It is usually important to use the whole width of the paper, for readability.  

Two boxes would give the user better control, and avoid the need for repeated 
guesswork on scale reduction, which is currently the only way to achieve full 
use of the paper.
