Steps:

1) Create an HTML document.
2) Add a hyperlink that points to an Internet address.
3) Click on the hyperlink. As expected, the default browser opens to the 
specified site.
4) Close the Browser.

Observed: Any portion of the hyperlink that wasn't covered by the new browser 
instance isn't painted in the "visited link" color.
Expected: The entire link to be painted in the "visited link" color.

Notes: Anything that subsequently causes the window to be repainted fixes the 
link.

Still present in 1.1beta 2.

This seems to be a repaint problem...
It still occurs in OOo1.1RC4...

SBA: According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap 
(see http://tools.openoffice.org/releases) this issue was retargeted to 
"OOo Later".
