QuickStart program starts very slowly. If I try to see what happened
with FileMon (http://www.sysinternals.com) I see some strange activity
under C:\WinNT - maybe program is trying to locate some file.
So I tried this:
--- QuickStart.bat ---
rem Z: is not existing disk
set windir=Z:
QuickStart.exe
--- ---
and all works O.K. and startup is MUCH faster - from 15+ second to 3 second.

WinNT4 ServicePack6 Czech, OO 1.1 Beta (but 1.0.2 have this problem too)

P.S. I created this QuickStart.bat to test what happened
P.P.S. slow startup is BUG
P.P.P.S. maybe somebody can check why this helps a lot before dismissing it

resubmited with correct OS (sorry for my error last time - bug #13182)

When using a more recent build like a RC4, this problem is not
reproducible. So please check, if it still occurs in such a newer version.
