The application will show an error and exit if the SplashScreen component can
not be loaded. Instead it should just skip displaying the screen and continue.

please verify in fwk01.
Application mus start (without displaying splash screen) when
libspl644??.so/spl644mi.dll is removed from program directory.
Non-product build will display assertion about non-exitant shared library.
